Way of use: external use only
Aroma lamp: 3-5 drops of coriander oil
Inhalations: Add 2-3 drops of coriander oil to1 liter ofboiling water and inhale the vapors up to 10 minutes, maximum 2 times a day
Cold inhalation: pour 1-2 drops of coriander oil into a handkerchief and inhale for 5-10 minutes, 2-3 times a day
Gargle: pour 1-2 drops of coriander oil into a tablespoon of honey and melt the mixture into one tea glass of hot water
Bath: Add 7-10 drops of coriander oil into the bathtub and dip inside for around 10 minutes without the head, neck and the upper chest
Massage: Mix 20 drops of coriander oil with 55ml vegetable carrier oil of your choice (Almond, Wheat germ, Jojoba, Apricot kernels, etc.)
Enrich shampoo: 3-5 drops of coriander oil per 100 ml of shampoo
It is recommended to make a tolerance test for this mixture – pour a drop into the inner side of your elbow fold and rub it gently; wait for 4-6 hours for skin and general reaction of the body
Caution: The coriander oil is highly concentrated. It should be stored well closed and out of reach for children!
